Refund policy

1. Workshops

1.1 Cancellation by the Participant

A refund of the workshop fee is generally not possible.
The registration may be transferred to another person up to 2 hours before the workshop starts.
For the transfer, please send the full name and email address of the replacement participant to joana@noue-atelier.de

1.2 Cancellation by Noué

If a workshop must be cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee.
Alternatively, you can reschedule for another date.

2. DIY Sets

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

2.2 Conditions for Return

The DIY set must be unused.
All parts of the set must be complete and returned in the original packaging.

2.3 Return Costs

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

2.4 Return Procedure

  1. Inform us of your intention to return the product by email at joana@noue-atelier.de
  2. We will send you a confirmation with the return address.
  3. Carefully package the DIY kit and send it to the specified address.
  4. After receiving and checking the return, we will refund your purchase price.

2.5 Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

3. Defects and Complaints

3.1 In Case of Defects

If a product is defective, please contact us immediately at joana@noue-atelier.de
Describe the defect as precisely as possible and, if available, include photos.

3.2 Exchange for Defective Products

For justified defects, we will replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
