Terms of service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Noué, owner Joana Karsenty, Hauptstr. 5c, 63457 Hanau (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Participants” or “Buyers”) regarding participation in workshops as well as the sale of macramé products and digital tutorials.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 Registration for workshops takes place via the contact form on the website or by direct purchase through the online shop.

2.2 The contract is concluded upon confirmation of registration by the Provider.

3. Workshops

3.1 Workshops take place on-site only.

3.2 The minimum age for participation in workshops is 12 years.

3.3 Workshop prices vary depending on type and scope. Current prices are provided at the time of registration.

3.4 Cancellation Policy: Refunds of workshop fees are not possible. Registration may be transferred to another person up to 2 hours before the workshop starts. For this purpose, the full name and email address of the replacement participant must be provided to the Provider.

4. DIY Sets

4.1 The sale of DIY sets takes place via the Provider’s online shop.

4.2 Prices are final prices including VAT, plus shipping costs.

4.3 Shipping: DIY sets are shipped via DHL or can be picked up. Shipping costs start at €6.00 per package.

4.4 Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. Returns must be in unused condition. The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or Shopify Pay.

6. Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations are affected.

7. Data Protection

The Provider collects and processes personal data of participants and buyers in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Upon request, this data can be deleted.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

8.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

8.3 The place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is the registered office of the Provider.
